Our Orders are beautifully packaged in either a branded microfiber pouch or our gold foiled branded boxes, which are then placed into our Reusable canvas branded bags. We will also include a handwritten Mabe&A note, our care card, and finished with our Mabe&A tissue paper.

Every Pearl is unique they all differ in shape, size, and colour due to the natural nature of the product. Each pearl has been hand-selected to ensure its brilliance.

Caring for your pearls, wipe pearls gently with a lint-free cloth and store them in the protective Mabe&A box or pouch provided. Do not store pearls in an airtight container or immerse in water. 

Our Warranty

Mabe&A will repair manufacturing faults for our jewellery with proof of purchase within the first 6 months from the date of purchase, please check our shipping and returns page for further details. 

Sizes  

The length of this necklace is 16.7cm however please note as this is a handmade product, sizes can vary slightly due to the size & shape of the pearls. Our sizes are measured from end to end.

Lost Parcels:

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not available for items marked as delivered.
