ORDERING & PURCHASING

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

As we only produce in small batches we place reorders based on demand, sign up for out of stock waitlist to be the first to know when your item restocks.

WHAT IS A PREORDER?

We are always adding to our collection and we offer a preorder service to help you secure your purchase to avoid missing out.

A full payment is required for preorder ahead of the piece being available for delivery.

All preorder information about expected delivery time can be found in the details section on the items page

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Maestro.

CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALISED MESSAGE WITH MY PURCHASE?

Absolutely, we always include a handwritten message with your order. If gifting we can send a special note.

Please use the "Add Order Note" section for your special message.

I'M ORDERING OUTSIDE OF THE UK, ARE TAXES AND DUTY INCLUDED?

Taxes and Duty are not included- international customers (outside the UK) may be subject to Import duty and taxes for shipping to certain countries. This is a seperate charge from the shipping cost which is not covered by Mabe&A.

DELIVERIES

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

At Mabe&A we believe sustainability matters. We use eco friendly packaging which is either biodegradable, recyclable or reusable.

When multiple pieces are purchased, each piece will be packaged within the postal box.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will recieve an email once we have fulfilled and posted your order. This email will include a unique tracking number that can be used to track via the carriers tracking page.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?

It's always the way when you're so excited for your Mabe&A package to arrive and they catch you at the wrong time.

If you miss your parcel it will be taken to your local distribution centre/office or you can use the carriers website to reschedule a delivery at a time suitable to you.

DO I COVER SHIPPING FEE'S IN THE RETURN PROCESS?

Return Shipping fee's are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item has a fault or needs repairing (This excludes wear and tear) Mabe&A will cover the cost of shipping.

CAN I RETURN EARRINGS?

Due to hygiene reasons we can accept returns on earrings, They are final sale.

ARE YOUR PIECES UNIQUE TO MABE&A?

Yes, our pieces are all hand designed by Amber the founder of Mabe&A. The pieces go through a robust and careful process; They start as hand sketches, to Cad designs, then too first samples and finally to production.

Each piece is handmade in our UK studio along with our international team of jewellery specialists.

You'll never recieve a Mabe&A piece that hasn't been inspected by our founding team.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY 10% MAILING LIST DISCOUNT CODE?

When you sign up to Mabe&A's mailing list (Popup or footer of our website) you will receive a 10% discount code for your first purchase only. You can then use that code at checkout for 10% off your order.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

If you are unsure on piece to buy, we offer a gift card so that your loved one can choose the perfect gift.

Gift cards are sent via email so you can receive them up until the very last moment.
