These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing and ordering from this website you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Any contract formed between ourselves shall be governed by English Law and any disputes that arise will be resolved exclusively in the Courts of England.

Content and Our Products
We take care and time to try and ensure our website is as accurate as possible, both in terms of prices displayed and description of products and services. All measurements displayed are approximate and any errors will be wholly unintentional. Orders will only be accepted should there be no material errors. We take no responsibility for colours of products not matching the colour displayed on your monitor as this depends entirely on the colour reproduction and capabilities of your screen.
We may make changes to the website at any time without notice or warning, including:
· Changes to these terms and conditions
· Changes to promotions, offers and discounts
· Changes to content and product information
· Temporary or permanent withdrawal of the website
Ordering from MabeandA
Once you have completed your online purchase, we will send an email confirmation containing details of your order. This confirmation does not act as acceptance of your order as this is subject to the following:
· The product being in-stock and available for delivery
· The information and pricing being accurate
· Payment being authorised
Subject to the above, we will despatch your order and send an email confirmation to let you know it’s on its way. It is at this point that a contract will exist under these terms and conditions.
UK delivery is shipped via Royal Mail. The buyer is responsible for providing an address that Royal Mail recognises as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over a shipment once a package departs the facilities. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, damages, or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please see our refund and exchange policy for more information.
UK delivery times are normally 3-5 working days. Items are processed and inspected before delivery; please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri between 9-5, excluding bank holidays. Orders received outside of these times will be dispatched on the next available working day. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our facility, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
We offer a 14 day returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with the items, then please notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating reason for return within the 14 day period. You will then have a further 7 days to return the item back to us to receive a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know as soon as possible by email within 7 days providing photographs of the damaged item(s) and condition of the parcel. We will reimburse you these standard delivery return postage costs. If you do not inform us as soon as possible after receipt, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
If you are returning an you’re not entirely satisfied with, please send items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty). Customers must take reasonable care of goods and when returning items must ensure they are suitably packed to ensure they are not damaged in transit. If the customer does not exercise reasonable care and the goods are damaged in transit, the customer will be charged for breach of this statutory duty and will not receive a refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
