Personalised or custom made items
These items are final sale and not eligible for returns. a valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Customers are responsible to return the unwanted goods within 7 days of receiving the returns address. Any returns received after this date will be only be accepted at our discretion. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for any returned damaged or items lost in the mailing process (be sure to get a tracking number), customs or transit, we highly recommend that you send back all returns using a tracked and signed postal service, obtaining the proof of tracking information. all items that do not reach us are the customer's responsibility. and a refund will not be processed.

All Mabeanda’s products are quality inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping to our customers.

Mabe&A will repair manufacturing faults for our jewellery within the first 6 months from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to not repair after this date. Please note the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer.
Please note manufacturing faults do not include any damage incurred by the customer; Perfume damage, Heat exposure, Bleaching, broken chain; chipped, cracked, broken or missing pearl, gemstone or crystal, general wear and tear, any items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, Tarnishing, discoloration or faded plating.
Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.
To receive a refund All Mabe&A Jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn, undamaged condition, and repackaged in all the original packaging. For Items that are damaged or show any signs of wear the refund cannot be accepted and the product will be returned to the customer at their own expense. If the goods are not in the original packaging with any pouches and/or boxes missing a fee of £5.00 will be deducted from the refund.
