Each order is uniquely made to order by our founder Amber, especially for you. 

Every Pearl is unique they all differ in shape, size, and colour due to the natural nature of the product. Each pearl has been hand-selected to ensure its brilliance. 

You'll never receive a Mabe&A piece that hasn't been inspected by our founding team.

Mabe&A Packaging

Our Orders are beautifully packaged in either a branded microfiber pouch, or our gold foiled branded boxes, which are then placed into our Reusable canvas branded bags. We will also include a handwritten Mabe&A note, our care card and finished with our Mabe&A tissue paper

 

Caring for your Pearls

Caring for your pearls, wipe pearls gently with a lint free cloth and store them in the protective Mabe&A box or pouch provided. Do not store pearls in an airtight container or immerse in water. 

 

Our jewellery is designed to be loved and worn every day. With a little care, you can help it stay beautiful for years to come.

• Keep your jewellery dry and avoid contact with water, perfume, or lotions.
  
• Put your jewellery on last and remove it first when undressing.
  
• Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to restore shine.
  
• Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches.
  
• Avoid storing jewellery in humid areas to maintain its finish.
  
• Remove jewellery before sleeping, swimming, or exercising.
  
• Natural fading or minor wear over time is normal and not considered a fault.

Processing:

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Handmade-to-order items may take 7–14 days before dispatch.

Pre-orders:

All items ship together once ready. For faster delivery, please place separate orders.

Customs & Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost Parcels:

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not available for items marked as delivered.
